Loyalty & Gift Cards
From the main menu press the Cards key.
A window will open in which you will have to chose the card type you wish to interact with: loyalty card or gift card.
1. Loyalty Card
In this menu you can check the details of a loyalty card.
The loyalty card will be scanned or manually added in the Search text field.
The sales done with the card, the payed sum and the discount percent will be shown.
For more details press on the desired sale, in the right window the receipt details will be shown.
2. Gift Card
In this menu you can check the details of a sold Gift Card, sell a new gift card or return one.
To check the details of a Gift Card scan or input the card's code in Text Search. The value of the card and the client's name will be shown.
2.1. Sale Gift Card
To sale a Gift Card select Gift Card window and scan the Gift Card barcode. Add the amount in the Amount field.
In the Customer title window you will fill in the client's data.
Individual :
- Write the Client name
- Choose the District from the list.
- The Locality will be written manually or selected from the list.
Company :
- Add the VAT Code and then press Fiscal Check. The program will automatically add the client's invoicing data based on the VAT given by the client.
- Add the Equity.
- Select the District from the list.
- Add the Locality.
- Add the Address and bank information's.
In order to finish the sale, press the Complete window and select the payment method.
To issue the receipt and invoice press the Print key.
2.2.Gift Card Return
Select Gift Card return.
In the Gift Card window scan the Gift Card barcode. The card value and invoicing details will be automatically added.
To finalize the return, in the Complete window press the Print key. An invoice and payment order will be issued.
